SCOPE OF WORK:
The strip out and high specification refurbishment of The Savoy Hotel’s River Restaurant to create the 1920’s ‘Jazz era’ inspired Kaspars Seafood Bar and Grill. The works were procured and carried out on a very short programme in order to reduce the out of operation time of the restaurant. This required diligent planning and attentive on site management.
